If you are unable to visit the store on your chosen date, don’t worry — you can still collect your device at any time within 2 weeks of receiving your “Ready for Collection” email.
Please keep in mind:
You must collect your device from the same Urban Republic store where the order was placed, during their operating hours.
The device must be collected within 2 weeks of the “Ready for Collection” email.
If it is not collected within this timeframe, the contract will be forfeited, and the upfront payment is non-refundable.
