Unfortunately, the pick-up date cannot be changed. You will need to collect your device within 2 weeks of receiving the “Ready for Collection” email, from the same Urban Republic store where the order was placed.
If the device is not collected within this 2-week period, the contract will be forfeited, and the upfront payment is non-refundable.
To avoid any issues, we recommend planning your visit as soon as the collection email arrives.
