Once your application is submitted, approval is typically completed within 48 hours. After this, you will receive a “Ready for Collection” email when your device is prepared and available for pick-up.
As soon as this email arrives, you may proceed to collect your device from the same Urban Republic store where the order was placed.
Please note the following collection requirements:
You must collect your device within 2 weeks of receiving the “Ready for Collection” email.
If the device is not collected within this 2-week period, the contract will be forfeited.
In such cases, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
For a smooth collection experience, please ensure you bring your Identity Card (IC).
