Once you receive the “Ready for Collection” email, you may visit the Urban Republic store during their operating hours to collect your device. Please note that the device must be collected from the same store where the order was placed.
Please keep the following in mind:
You must collect your device within 2 weeks from the date you receive the “Ready for Collection” email.
If the device is not collected within this 2-week period, the contract will be forfeited.
In this situation, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend planning your visit as soon as the collection email arrives.
