If you choose to end your subscription early, a MYR350 termination fee applies. The cancellation process will begin once this fee is paid. Your subscription will officially end only after we have received and inspected the device.
If there are any additional charges (e.g., for damage or missing accessories), we’ll notify you within 3 to 5 working days of the inspection.
