If you choose to end your subscription early, a MYR350 termination fee applies. The process will begin once the fee is paid, but your subscription will only end officially after we receive and inspect the device. If additional charges apply, we’ll notify you within 3 to 5 working days.
Important Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process and avoid additional fees, please follow these steps:
- Back Up Your Data: Ensure that all data on the product is backed up before erasing them. Cinch will not be liable for any data loss.
- Factory Reset: Ensure the device is reset to factory settings.
- Original Packaging: The device should be returned in its original packaging, securely sealed to avoid loss or damage during transit.
- Original Accessories: Include all original accessories.
- Device Condition: The device must be in good condition to avoid additional fees.
- Sealed in a secured packing to prevent damage or loss during transit.
Additional Fees
- Missing Original Packaging: A MYR165 fee will apply.
- Missing or Damaged Accessories: Charges will be based on the current market retail price.
- Device Not Factory Reset: If the device has not been reset to factory settings, a MYR165 fee will be applied.
- Damaged Device: The device will undergo diagnostics, and if repairs are needed, you will need to cover 10% of the repair cost.
- Water Damage: If water damage is detected on your device, it will be considered a buyout. This means you’ll need to purchase the device. The buyout price is calculated dynamically at the time of assessment, based on the device’s current value. Our team will inform you of the exact amount once the device has been inspected.
