How our ordering process works
When an order is placed:
Your order is successfully submitted through our system.
Our operations team verifies the latest stock availability during order processing.
If the selected model and color are available, the order will proceed to dispatch.
If the selected option is unavailable, our CX team will reach out to discuss the available alternatives.
What happens if the selected device is unavailable?
If the selected device model or color is unavailable during fulfilment, our CX team will contact you and provide the following options:
Select an alternative available color or model
Wait for the next available stock (if applicable)
Cancel the order and receive a refund if payment has already been made
Our team will work with you to determine the most suitable option.
Why stock availability is not displayed on the ordering page
