❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it’s approved. You won’t be charged unless the order is approved, so no worries if you change your mind early on.
However, if your device has been shipped out, you can cancel and return your product (in good condition and in the original packaging) within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If you want to end your subscription early, but after the 24 hours return window, you will have to pay an early termination fee of MYR350. For all cancellation and early termination issues, please tell our support team your reason for cancelling and we’ll let you know how to proceed.
🔄 Can I change my device or subscription plan after placing the order?
Unfortunately, changes to the device selection or subscription term aren’t allowed once the order is placed. To make a change, you’ll need to cancel your current order and submit a new order, which will go through the standard approval process. Please note that this is only applicable before your order is approved.

Yes! If you need to change your shipping address or contact details, please reach out to us immediately via live chat or email, and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
If your order is dispatched or out for delivery, changes to the shipping address and details cannot be made. However, you can contact us immediately to request a reschedule or inform us of updates to delivery details. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that in some cases, we may request proof of address documents, such as a recent utility bill or official identification reflecting the updated address, to verify the change.
