- Choose Your Plan - Select the rental term that suits you best—6 months, 12 months, or more.
- Sign Up or Log In New to Cinch? - Create an account in minutes. Already a user? Just log in.
- Enter Your Details - Fill in your shipping address and payment information securely.
- Place Your Order - Review everything, then hit submit to send in your rental request.
What Happens Next?
Once your order is submitted, we’ll conduct a 24-hour review and approval process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is approved.
Eligibility Requirements
Cinch subscriptions are currently available to:
- Malaysian Citizens (MyKad holders)
- Permanent Residents (MyPR holders)
- Individuals aged 18 years or older
As part of our verification process, all customers must complete an identity check (via MyKad, MyTentera, or MyPR) and a credit check through our KYC partner, SumSub.
