- Choose Your Plan: Select the rental term that suits you best (e.g: 6 months, 12 months, or more).
- Sign Up or Log In New to Cinch: If you're a new user, create an account in minutes. If you already have an account, just log in.
- Enter Your Details: Fill in your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.
- Place Your Order: Review your order and click submit to complete your rental request.
What Happens Next?
After you submit your order, our team will conduct a review and approval process within 24–48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once approved.
Eligibility Requirements
Cinch subscriptions are currently available to:
- Individuals aged 18 years or older
- Malaysian Citizens (MyKad holders)
As part of our verification process, all customers must complete an identity check (via MyKad, or MyTentera) and a credit check through our KYC partner, SumSub.
