How do I view or download my billing statements?

To access and view your billing statements, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cinch account.

2. Click on 'My Account'

   

3. Select 'My Subscriptions'

   

4. Select the relevant device that you which to view 

   

5. Scroll down and you will see 'Billing Details' > click 'View Past Payments'

6. Click 'Download Invoice'
