In case the payment attempt doesn’t go through, you can visit our website and make an online payment through out trusted gateway partner - Stripe, by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Cinch website.
2. Go to ‘My Account’.
3. Select ‘My Subscriptions’.
4. Find the relevant device and click ‘View Billings’.
5. Click ‘View Invoice’.
6. Press the ‘Pay Online’ button.
7. You’ll be securely redirected to Stripe, our trusted payment gateway partner.
8. Enter your credit card details to complete the payment.
