At Cinch, we prioritize seamless service for our customers. To help you avoid interruptions, we’ll send you a reminder before your payment due date. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes payments might not go through as planned.
Late Payment Fees
If you fail to pay the Fees for the product by the relevant due date (i.e. same recurring date each month during the Rental Period following the receipt of your product), you will be charged a late payment fee of MYR 35 for each late payment.
