Keep Your Payments on Track with Cinch
At Cinch, we prioritize seamless service for our customers. To help you avoid interruptions, we’ll send you a reminder before your payment due date. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes payments might not go through as planned. If this happens, here’s what you need to know:
Late Payment Fees
If you fail to pay the Fees for the product by the relevant due date (i.e. same recurring date each month during the Rental Period following the receipt of your product), you will be charged a late payment fee of RM35 for each late payment.
Temporary Service Restriction
If the payment remains unpaid, access to your device may be temporarily restricted, and you may lose eligibility for future subscriptions until the outstanding balance is cleared. To prevent interruptions, ensure your payment method is up-to-date and has sufficient balance.
Resuming Your Subscription
To reactivate your subscription, all outstanding payments, including any applicable late or admin fees, will need to be settled.
Our dedicated collections team will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss your overdue account. They will provide you with all the necessary details regarding the outstanding balance, payment options, and any available support to help you resolve this matter promptly. We are here to work with you and ensure a smooth resolution.
