All device upgrades or downgrades after activation must be handled directly through Cinch. Urban Republic stores are not able to process changes once your subscription is active.
If you change your mind about an order you have just placed — whether you wish to upgrade to a different device or end your subscription — this will be treated as an early upgrade or cancellation. An early upgrade/termination fee of RM350 will apply.
