Urban Republic’s Role
Urban Republic manages all device-related activities, including:
Device allocation – ensuring the right device is prepared for you
Customer enrolment – guiding you through the sign-up process in-store
Device handover – completing the final collection and handing the device to you
UR’s responsibilities focus on the physical device, store experience, and fulfilment.
Cinch’s Role
Cinch is responsible for the digital and service aspects of your plan, including:
KYC (Know Your Customer) – verifying your identity and documents
Application approvals – assessing eligibility and approving your subscription
Device protection – providing Cinch Damage Protection
Lifecycle management – managing your device plan throughout the subscription
Cinch’s responsibilities cover verification, protection, approvals, and ongoing customer support.
